KBR POLAND Management hereby declares the quality, environmental, and occupational safety and health policy assuming and accepting the following obligations and goals.
The quality, environmental, and occupational safety and health policy constitutes an important part of our strategy because the key to KBR POLAND’s success is its competitiveness which manifests itself in, among other things, high quality of the performed services and fabricated products. Our care for the safe work environment is equally important as the quality of products and services and environment protection.
Our company provides the following services:
We are leading supplier of maintenance services for industrial clients, a reputable provider of construction and erection services performer for investment and repair projects, a recognized manufacturer of machines, tanks, industrial systems, and fabricated steel structure parts, and a provider of electrical services and industrial automation services. We also provide services connected with high-pressure hydraulics, lifting equipment, automatic valves, air-conditioning, pumps and rotating equipment, as well as repair and maintenance of heavy duty equipment and forklifts. KBR POLAND performs fabrication based on the mandatory country-specific provisions of law as well as HSE procedures, instructions and programs additionally implemented by the KBR corporation.
The implemented regulations and rules of occupational safety and health are obligatory for all KBR POLAND employees, subcontractors, suppliers and visitors.
We are going to achieve the goals of our policy by:
acting in accordance with the mandatory laws and standards of product quality, environment protection, and identified aspects concerning the environment as well as occupational safety and health,
continuous improvement of actions connected with the quality, environment, and occupational safety and health,
preventing work-related incidents, accidents at works, health problems, occupational illnesses and near misses or potentially accidents,
elimination of hazards and reduction of health and safety risks,
monitoring the business opportunities, and integrated management system,
development and implementation of the goals for individual management areas,
consultation and participation of the employees in the process of health and safety management,
minimizing the adverse impact on the environment by preventing pollution and reducing waste and by spreading positive pro-environmental behavior among employees,
economically justified investments and upgrades which take into consideration the limitation of negative impact on the environment, quality improvement, and continuous enhancement of occupational safety and health conditions,
partnership cooperation and positive relations confirming the company's reliability in relation to customers, suppliers,
development of quality, environment, and occupational health and safety awareness among the employees through systematic trainings and skill improvement.
In order to achieve the aforementioned goals, we engage all the employees in a team effort to ensure continuous improvement of quality, environment, and occupational safety and health. We continuously improve the System by conducting reviews, performing corrective and preventive actions, as well as by other technical and organizational activities. We are committing ourselves to providing resources, information and support in order to achieve the planned goals.
