KBR POLAND Sp. z o.o. with its registered in Kwidzyn, St. Lotnicza 1, 82-500 Kwidzyn, as the administrator of your personal data, hereby informs you that:
- Your personal data is processed in order to carry out a purchase order/agreement which KBR POLAND Sp. z o.o. is a Party to
- Giving your data was voluntary but necessary to carry out a purchase order/an agreement
- Your data shall be processed pursuant to Art. 6, section 1, items b), c) and f) and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation
- You have a right to access your data, put it right, remove it, limit its processing and transfer it
- Your personal data shall be processed by the time an agreement/a purchase order is executed and the claims arising out of it are submitted and by the time of fulfilling the duties resulting from tax and account regulations
- You have a right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority if you decide that the processing of your personal data violates the articles of the General Data Protection Regulation
- Your data may be forwarded to our subcontractors, clients, and entities who provide support and ensure operation of our ICT tools and systems, make dispatches, provide legal services, dispose of our documentation, and other entities should there be a compulsion of law to do so
